I am a loser - Apprentice 5

Apprentice Finale began at about 8:20 p.m. and ends at around 9:50p.m. When it finished, a sentence came up to my mind, “I am a loser.”

I cannot think of anything but this sentence.

Mr. Trump finally picked Sean as he said that the one-sided vote selected Sean instead of Lee.

As far as audiences can see from the Finale, Lee obviously did not do a good job as Sean had done in the last project of this program. He might earn less money than Sean had won for the Pontiac auction.

Sean picked a team that I agree with. The team has two members I like, Tarek and Andrea. Lee picked a team of “trash.” I did not like anyone in this team except Lee.

Lee is a piece of gold, as Lenny recommended. I agree. He is gifted with marketing and political communication skills.

Sean is an excellent “leader” as Carolyn (The lady beside Trump) recommended. But I did see that he only shook hand with Allie. Instead, he gave Roxan a hug, and a passionate hug with Ammy. I can tell that he hates Allie because Allie is so aggressive and talented. I don’t doubt Sean’s ability to choose a team of people that are gifted and talented as he does. But I see Lee maintained a polite relationship with everybody in his team and even with people who fought against him.

The reason that I prefer Lee is that I think he does appreciate human value. He can respect people. However, Mr. Trump and businesses do not appreciate human value like a politician does.

While watching this Finale, I have enjoyed some good advertisements. The beautiful skins of handsome and pretty young people composed lush scenes on the beach. Pontiac music hummed “I love you.” What else makes me feel on top of the sapience of human productivities? It is Sean. He is a good player. He prepares for everything. He made his appearance presentable in front of cameras. Besides, he acts more than an American does. He shouts, he talks in a sexy way; he acts like from the future. All he does was to woo the TV audiences as well as Mr. Trump. This is over materialized.

However, I was excited, solicited, and agitated. I wanted to speak ad lib in English, I wanted to fight for the exuberant material success. I felt like I have to do something. This is a place we’ve got to produce something. Something that makes others look pretty, and make ourselves being honored. This is a win-win strategy.

But, once again, I disagree!

See all these people I liked, I bet they all appreciate human values and they themselves exhibited their respect for human values. If I could pick in this program, it would be Michael, Lee, Tarek, and Andrea. Tarek is cool and full of first-class ideas (maybe, I did not see the whole series). Andrea is calm, hard working, smart, and the most important, willing to take orders for the good result of her leaders. Lee is obvious super smart and a good communicator. Michael, he is also calm, well-organized, spruce, as well as cooperative.

But all these people are not Mr. Trump’s pick, nor either Carolyn’s. I don’t know. I saw Ivanka (Trump’s daughter) shadowed her eyes when the result was announced. I don’t know why Mr. Trump did not announce the result of the two auctions. Both inside the Finale or in the commercials, there is no statistic showing audiences the votes for these two people either. The pick of this Finale was not decided by the sponsors of the two projects either. No matter how I pick, this is a world of materials. If I want to fight, I should not be a politician. I need to learn how to hate people but not to love. This is what Mr. Trump said:

“I hate people!”
